Thermally insulated front doors for a better energy balance
Energy efficiency is becoming increasingly important, and for good reason. That's why we have always placed great emphasis on multiple sealing levels when developing our thermally insulated doors. Only a truly airtight door reliably protects you from cold and noise, reduces your heating costs in winter and promotes energy-efficient living through intelligent construction.
Resistance to cold temperatures and extreme heat: both of these capabilities are rightly expected of Groke doors. This means that the installed materials must withstand icy temperatures and blazing heat in the Groke climate chamber. Thermographic tests create surface temperatures of -30°C to +100°C.
With the filling covering the sash, the door filling covers the entire outer and inner sash frame. In addition to the visual advantages, fillings covering the sash on both sides offer a high level of thermal protection.
Ud values up to 0.71 W/(m2K) - Without glazing
Groke triple glazing offers not only increased security but also excellent thermal insulation.
The three sealing levels - a four-sided central and inner seal and a three-sided outer seal - are mitred and glued without interruption, thereby guaranteeing a high level of thermal insulation.
